DRUK AIR CANCELLATION POLICY w.e.f.
1st Feb'2013:
For travel in the month of March, April, May, September, October and
November: |

- 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 31 days from date
of travel however documentation charges of US$ 25 and service charge of INR
500 applicable.
- 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30 to last 11 days
from date of travel however documentation charges of US$ 25 and service
charge of INR 500 applicable.
- 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 10 to last 4 days
from date of travel however documentation charges of US$ 25 and service
charge of INR 500 applicable.
- No refund for tickets cancelled within 4 days from the date of travel.
- No refund for tickets cancelled on medical grounds.
- Cancellations should reach us in writing by 1530 hrs. on any working day
failing which cancellation shall be treate as received on next day.

For travel in the month of January, February, June,
July, August and December: |

For fully unutilized tickets, refund charges apply as below:
- 100% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 72 hrs. rom date of
travel however documentation charges of INR 1250 and service charge of INR 500
applicable.
- 50% refund for tickets cancelled within 72 hrs. from the date of travel as
the same shall be treated as NO SHOW.
- If passenger under NO SHOW wishes to travel at a later date within the
ticket's validity period (usually 14 days from first leg journey) and does not
claim for refund, there shall be a rebooking charge of US$ 50 + INR 500 service
charge by the agency.
- Cancellations should reach us in writing by 1530 hrs. on any working day
failing which cancellation shall be treate as received on next day.

Reschedule / date change charge: |

- US$ 10 + INR 500 agent's service charge for every flight rescheduled more
than 96 hrs. prior to date of travel (a return flight shall have double
penalty).
- US$ 25 + INR 500 agent's service charge for every flight rescheduled less
than 96 hrs. prior to date of travel (a return flight shall have double
penalty).
- No charge for business class.
Block purchase conditions are as below:
- Block Purchase will be permitted with deposit of airfares in full; taxes to
be collected at time of ticket issuance.
- Block Purchase seats are Non-Refundable, Non-Redoubtable, Non-Endorsable.
- Reroute/refund or date will be permitted at no additional charge if the day
of operation has been changed by CARRIER.
- Names can be changed at a nominal fee of US$ 10 upto 72 hrs. before flight
date.
- Final name-list to be submitted latest by 96 hours before scheduled flight
time.
- All tickets to be issued from our office in New Delhi.
- Refund on Block Purchase rules are as follows:
- For travel in Mar, Apr,May,Sep, Oct, Nov:-
- 60 days from date of departure - 50% refund;
- 30 days from date of departure – 25% refund;
- Less than 30 days from date of departure – No refund;
- For travel in Jan, Feb, Jun, Jul, Aug, Dec:-
- 30 days from date of departure - 50% refund;
- 15 days from date of departure – 25% refund;
- Less than 15 days from date of departure – No refund;
